Where we have both, the tester and the boxed bottle sit on one page. Every bottle is checked before it ships, with its batch code left readable. About Parfums de Marly
Julien Sprecher founded Parfums de Marly in 2009. The name comes from the Château de Marly, which the house describes as a private palace reserved for the King of France and his inner circle. The house says it draws on the golden age of perfumery and the spirit of the 18th century.
The lines, in plain words
- Delina family: Delina, Delina Exclusif and Delina La Rosée, all built on rose and lychee.
- Valaya family: Valaya and Valaya Exclusif, soft florals over musk.
- The warm side: Layton, Althaïr, Herod, Pegasus Exclusif and Oajan, built on vanilla, tobacco, spice or honey.
- The fresher side: Greenley, Sedley, Perseus and Castley.
Where to start at AZ & CO
Layton mixes apple, lavender and vanilla over sandalwood and guaiac wood. Delina pairs Turkish rose with rhubarb and lychee. Althaïr is a Bourbon vanilla scent with orange blossom and praline. All three sit in the house's own Iconics selection. For tobacco leaf and cinnamon, try Herod.
Boxed or tester?

What does Exclusif mean in a Parfums de Marly name?
In the bottles we stock, it marks a deeper take on an existing scent. Layton Exclusif, Delina Exclusif and Pegasus Exclusif all add oud, and Valaya Exclusif adds almond and akigalawood.
