We sell authentic niche and designer perfume in full-size bottles. We do not sell samples, decants or refills. Boxed bottles arrive sealed. Where a bottle is a tester, the listing says so: a tester is the same perfume in the brand's own tester box, new, unused and unsprayed. Photos show the product; packaging can vary slightly between batches.Prices
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). The price shown is the price you pay for the bottle, and delivery is shown before you pay. Where a price is shown struck through and labelled “Boutique price”, it is the highest price we have seen the same bottle selling for in a UAE store. Prices can change; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout.Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order before dispatch, for example if a bottle is no longer available, a price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the payment. If we cancel, we refund you in full.Payment
Payment is taken online before dispatch, by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, or Tabby in four payments. We do not accept cash on delivery. A Tabby plan is an agreement between you and Tabby and follows Tabby’s own terms.Discount codes
One discount code can be used per order. Free delivery on orders of AED 1,000 or more is applied automatically, and it works together with discount codes.Delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery is AED 25 anywhere in the UAE. In Dubai and Sharjah, orders placed by 10 AM arrive the same day and later orders the next day; other emirates take one day more. We do not deliver on Sundays. Every bottle is checked before it ships, and its batch code is left readable so you can verify it with the house yourself. If you believe a bottle is not genuine, contact us. We collect it free of charge and refund every dirham, and we will not ask you to prove it.Returns and refunds
If a bottle is not genuine, arrives damaged, or is the wrong bottle, you are fully covered. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, whether the bottle is opened or unopened. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.Your responsibilities
Please give accurate delivery and contact details. You agree not to use this site unlawfully, and not to resell our products as your own stock without our written agreement.Liability
Perfume is personal, and scent varies from person to person, so we are not liable for a bottle not smelling as you expected. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.Content and trademarks
All text, photography and design on this site belong to AZ & CO. Atelier. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. AZ & CO. Atelier is not affiliated with or endorsed by them; we use their names only to describe the perfumes we sell.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction.Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies.
