Is AZ & CO legit? How to check us before you order

Short answer: check us the way you would check any online shop. Read what other buyers say, pay through a secure checkout, and check the bottle when it arrives. If a bottle is not genuine, we collect it free of charge and refund every dirham. You will not need to prove it.

Who we are

AZ & CO. Atelier is an online perfume boutique based in the UAE. We deliver anywhere in the UAE by courier, the same day in Dubai and Sharjah when you order by 10 AM (otherwise the next day, and one day more elsewhere), and a real person answers on WhatsApp every day at +971 50 930 1032. Our full trading details are in our Terms of service.

Why our prices are lower than the mall

We are online only. There is no mall rent, no counter and no boutique fit-out to pay for. Where you see a price struck through and labelled "Boutique price", it is the highest price we have seen the same bottle selling for in a UAE store.

Four ways to check us

1. Read what buyers say. Buyers review us on Trustpilot, and you can see messages customers sent us after delivery on What people sent back.
2. Pay through a secure checkout. We take Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and Tabby on Shopify's checkout. Payment is taken before dispatch; we do not take cash on delivery.
3. Check the batch code. Every bottle is checked before it ships, and its batch code is left readable so you can verify it with the house yourself. Our guide shows how: How to check if a perfume is original.
4. Ask us first. Message us on WhatsApp before you order with any question about a bottle, a size or a tester. We answer every day.

What we promise

• Not genuine? We collect it free of charge and refund every dirham. You will not need to prove it.
• Damaged, or the wrong bottle? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we replace it or refund it in full, your choice.
• Testers are always labelled as testers. A tester is the same perfume in the brand's own tester box, new, unused and unsprayed. Tester or boxed: what is the difference.

What we never do

• Sell decants, samples or refills. We sell full-size bottles only.
• Use countdown timers or "only 2 left" warnings to rush you.
• Offer anything in return for a review.
