Where we deliver
Anywhere in the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship internationally.

Cost
AED 25 per order, to any address in the UAE. There is no surcharge for remote emirates.
Delivery is free on orders of AED 1,000 or more. Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout, and it works together with discount codes.

How long it takes
Dubai and Sharjah: order by 10 AM and it arrives the same day; orders after 10 AM arrive the next day. Other emirates take one day more. We do not deliver on Sundays, so an order placed on a Sunday goes out on Monday. Orders placed on a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.

Processing
Every bottle is checked before it ships, with its batch code left readable. If it is not genuine, we collect it free and refund every dirham. Full detail: https://azcoatelier.com/pages/refund-policy

Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking message when your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery attempts
Our courier will contact you on the number given at checkout. If nobody is reachable, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address before paying. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will resend it once you confirm the correct address and pay the delivery charge again.

Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace or refund it.
