We stand behind every bottle we sell. Our guarantee is simple — and so are its limits.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• The fragrance is proven to be inauthentic
• The product arrives physically damaged or broken
• You received the wrong item

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You dislike the scent
• The bottle has been opened or used
• The product was purchased during a sale or promotion

How to claim:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo/video evidence. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject claims that cannot be verified.

All approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
