Much Ado About the Duke opens with peppered rose and gin, so the first impression is dry, sharp and a little spicy. Leather and woody notes sit underneath and give it a smooth, dark and polished feel. The rose is not sweet. It stays crisp and bold against the gin. Much Ado About the Duke by Penhaligon's is a leather perfume by Daphné Bugey from the Portraits collection, released in 2016. The mood is theatrical and confident.
