About perfume testers
A perfume tester is the same perfume, in the same bottle, as the boxed version. Houses make testers for perfume counters, so shoppers can try a scent before they buy. What changes is the packaging, not what is inside. AZ & CO is an online perfume boutique based in the UAE, and we sell below the boutique price. A tester costs less again.
Why does a tester cost less?
You pay for the perfume, not the presentation. A tester comes in the brand's own tester box instead of the retail box. Some come without a cap, depending on the brand. The perfume and its strength are the same, so you are not paying less for a weaker scent.
Is a tester new?
Yes. Every tester we sell is new, unused and unsprayed. We check each one before it ships and leave the batch code readable, so you can look it up yourself. Tester or boxed?
- Tester: for wearing yourself, when the scent matters more than the box.
- Boxed: for a gift, or if you want the full retail box.

Where to start
Aventus by Creed opens with bergamot and blackcurrant leaf, with pineapple in the heart and smoky birch below. Baccarat Rouge 540 is jasmine and saffron over amber woods, and its eau de parfum comes as a tester. Alexandria II by Xerjoff pairs apple, lavender and cinnamon with sandalwood, vanilla and oud. For the heat, Gran Ballo is berries and tangerine. Santal Noir by Dior is sold only as a tester: creamy sandalwood with Turkish rose.
How many testers are in stock?
More than 250 testers are ready to order, and the list changes as stock comes and goes. The biggest tester shelves are Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Xerjoff, Versace, Carolina Herrera and Penhaligon's. Looking for niche houses only? Our niche perfume page lists them.

Delivery is AED 25 anywhere in the UAE: same day in Dubai and Sharjah when you order by 10 AM, otherwise next day, and one day more elsewhere. Orders of AED 1,000 or more ship free.
