An homage to a Parisian piano bar of the 1960s, the one Diptyque's founders haunted after hours. Orphéon is dry and powdery rather than sweet — juniper berry opens it cold and almost gin-like, then jasmine and orris soften the middle into something dusty and close to the skin. Tonka bean and cedar hold underneath without ever turning gourmand. Quiet, wearable, and unmistakably a Diptyque woody.
