Ruins of ancient cities drenched in sun, fields of flowers giving way to sand dunes — Eau Rihla evokes a long trek, an imaginary journey changed into a perfume. "Rihla" means journey in Arabic. At first, the spicy liveliness of pink peppercorn and woody Atlas cedar create a vibrant accord, then as iris, vanilla, and saffron come into play, the fragrance warms up, softens, and takes on the comfort of a second skin. A juicy raspberry note runs through it all, often compared to Tom Ford Ombré Leather but warmer and more wearable. Smooth, smoky, unmistakably Diptyque.
