About this perfume
White Suede by Tom Ford is a perfume from the 2009 White Musk Collection, composed with Firmenich. It works a soft suede accord into a powdery musk. Thyme and tea open it with a green, slightly herbal freshness. Lily of the valley, saffron and rose form the heart, pale florals with a trace of spice. Suede, musk, sandalwood, olibanum and amber underneath keep it soft and smooth. It reads clean rather than animalic, and the mood is quiet and refined rather than sweet. As an Eau de Parfum built on musk and suede, it tends to suit daytime, the office and anyone who prefers a soft scent to a loud one.
