About this perfume
Halfeti opens with a sharp, aromatic mix of grapefruit and bergamot, green cypress leaf and bitter artemisia, warmed by saffron and cardamom. The heart is a spiced rose, with Bulgarian rose and jasmine dusted with nutmeg. The base is deep and smooth: oud and leather over cedar and sandalwood, softened by amber, tonka bean, vanilla and musk. Halfeti by Penhaligon's belongs to the house's Trade Routes collection. It is a perfume that moves from bright spice to a dark, velvety finish, with the rose keeping it romantic while the oud and leather add depth. The mood is rich, warm and a little mysterious, like a candlelit room in winter.
