About this perfume
Evernia opens with tart blackcurrant and Sicilian bergamot, spiced with cardamom, pink pepper and coriander seed. The heart is a soft bouquet of orris, lily of the valley, freesia, jasmine, violet and rose. Underneath, green oakmoss leads a base of cashmeran, sandalwood, musk and opoponax. It is a modern chypre, cool and mossy with a gentle floral glow. The feel is polished and quiet rather than loud. Women and men both wear it, and it suits the office, daytime and spring or early summer, when the green moss and flowers feel most at home. Ormonde Jayne released this perfume in 2021 in its Signature collection. Its name nods to the lichen better known as oakmoss.
