About this perfume
Crème de Cuir opens with juicy pineapple and a bright mix of grapefruit, bergamot and mandarin. Underneath sits a soft white suede, warmed by sandalwood and a pinch of pink pepper. The drydown is creamy and clean, with musks, cashmeran, vanilla and a thin thread of birch. This is leather at its softest, closer to a suede glove than a biker jacket. It suits anyone who wants a skin-like scent with some polish, for work, daytime and relaxed evenings. Women and men both wear it well, and it sits comfortably through the cooler months. BDK Parfums launched this perfume in 2018 in its Matières collection, created by Violaine Collas.
