About this perfume
Gris Charnel smells of spiced black tea and soft fig over creamy sandalwood. Cardamom gives the opening a cool, peppery lift. Iris and vetiver add a powdery, earthy middle, and tonka keeps the drydown warm and close to the skin.Mathilde Bijaoui composed this BDK Parfums perfume, first as an Eau de Parfum in 2019 and then as an Extrait in 2022. The Extrait is the richer of the two. It adds patchouli, cedar and vanilla, which make it darker and woodier. The Eau de Parfum stays lighter, with more of the tea and fig.Both suit anyone who likes warm scents that stay intimate. Wear the Eau de Parfum by day and keep the Extrait for evenings and cooler weather.
