Mancera is the Paris house Pierre Montale founded in 2008, later joined by his daughter Amélie. Its scents blend woods, flowers and spice with vanilla, which the house calls its signature. Cedrat Boisé, Red Tobacco and Roses Vanille are good places to start. We stock boxed bottles and testers. Every bottle is checked before it ships, with its batch code left readable. About Mancera
Mancera (مانسيرا) was founded in Paris in 2008 by Pierre Montale, a perfumer the house credits with bringing oud to Western perfumery. A few years later his daughter Amélie joined, adding an artistic and photographic eye. Mancera now shares its Paris flagship with Montale, on rue Pierre Charron, steps from the Champs-Élysées.
The house sorts many of its bottles by look. Two lines you will meet here:
- Wild: bottles decorated with nature-inspired patterns, for bolder scents such as Wild Leather and Of the Wild.
- Line: plain, straight-sided bottles. Aoud Line is the oud scent from this group.
Where to start at AZ & CO: Cedrat Boisé for citrus over woods and leather, Red Tobacco for cinnamon, oud and tobacco, Roses Vanille for rose and vanilla, and Instant Crush. For oud, look at Aoud Line or Precious Oud.

Is Mancera the same as Montale?
No. They are two separate houses with their own perfumes, linked by family. Pierre Montale founded Mancera in 2008, his daughter Amélie later joined him, and the two houses share one shop in Paris.
How do I check a Mancera bottle is original?
Compare the batch code on the box with the one on the bottle. They should match, and neither should be scratched off. Then look at the wrap, the print and the spray. Which Mancera perfume is best for summer in the UAE?
Pick one that opens on citrus. Cedrat Boisé starts with lemon, bergamot and blackcurrant. Soleil d'Italie opens on bitter orange, lime and bergamot over watery notes. French Riviera adds sea notes and sea salt to lemon and orange. Save Red Tobacco and the oud scents for cooler evenings.
