The base is white musk and vanilla with akigalawood, a dry woody note, and a little vetiver, so it stays airy rather than sweet. Valaya by Parfums de Marly is a quiet, elegant perfume that feels calm rather than loud. It tends to suit daytime, work and warm weather, and anyone who likes musky white florals. Quentin Bisch composed it, and the house released it in 2023.
