About this perfume
Sakura opens with green notes, pink pepper and coriander, brightened by lime, bergamot and mandarin. The heart is a soft floral mix of cherry blossom, osmanthus, cyclamen, freesia, violet, water lily and rose. Cedar, sandalwood and musk form the base, warmed with amber, Madagascar vanilla and tonka bean. Sakura by Ormonde Jayne is a delicate floral perfume with a gentle, springlike mood. The green opening keeps the blossoms fresh, and the woods and soft vanilla at the end make the dry down creamy rather than sugary. As an Eau de Parfum, it tends to suit spring, daytime and warmer weather. It is a good pick for anyone who likes light, pretty florals with a quiet, woody finish.
