Osmanthus opens with pomelo, davana and pimento, citrusy and a little spicy. The heart is osmanthus with water lily and jasmine sambac. Osmanthus has a soft apricot quality, so the flowers feel fruity and smooth. Cedarwood, labdanum, musk and vetiver hold it all down. Osmanthus by Ormonde Jayne is a floral perfume with a warm, calm mood. It was created by Geza Schoen around Japanese osmanthus absolute. As an Eau de Parfum, it tends to suit daytime, spring and early autumn, and anyone who likes a floral with fruit and wood in it.
