Le Gemme Kobraa is a Bvlgari perfume that opens with geranium, a green and slightly rosy leaf note with a clean edge. The heart is olibanum, the smoky resin used in incense, and it settles into oud, deep and woody. The notes are few, which keeps the scent focused and easy to read. The mood is dark, calm and a little ceremonial. The geranium keeps the opening from feeling heavy, then the olibanum and oud carry the rest. As an Eau de Parfum, it tends to suit evenings, cooler weather and anyone who likes resinous, woody scents with a quiet presence.
