About this perfume
Encre Noire is one of the best known vetiver fragrances. Cypress opens it with a dark, green freshness that feels like a forest after rain. Vetiver takes over the heart, earthy, smoky and slightly damp, while cashmere wood and musk soften the base into something smooth and quiet. This Lalique perfume suits cooler days, evenings and the office, and anyone who prefers dry, woody scents over sweet ones. It was created by Nathalie Lorson and launched in 2006. The black glass bottle with its wooden cap matches the scent perfectly: simple, dark and confident, with nothing sweet getting in the way. Tester: the same fragrance and the same bottle, in the brand's own tester box. New, unused and unsprayed.
