About this perfume
Decision opens with bergamot, cardamom and pink pepper, a bright and gently spicy start. The heart turns resinous and dry with frankincense, myrrh and juniper berries, which bring a clean, slightly smoky, almost gin-like edge. Cedarwood, patchouli and vanilla sit underneath and round it off with a soft, woody warmth. Decision by Amouage is a woody aromatic perfume for women and men, and part of the house's Odyssey collection. The mood is calm, focused and quietly confident. With incense and woods at its core, it tends to suit cooler weather, evenings and anyone who likes spiced, resinous scents that stay clean rather than heavy. Fragrantica lists it as a 2025 launch by perfumer Quentin Bisch.
