About this perfume
Karagoz starts juicy and green, with black grape, pineapple and a bouquet garni of herbs. The heart is neroli, jasmine and patchouli, a rich floral centre with an earthy edge. It settles into vetiver, agarwood and amber, a woody and grounded base. Karagoz by Nishane is a fruity green perfume named after a shadow puppet character known for playful, straightforward wit. The mood is cheerful at first and more serious as it dries. As an Extrait de Parfum in 50ml, it is concentrated, so a light hand goes a long way. With these notes it tends to suit evenings and cooler weather, and anyone who wants fruit that is not sugary.
