Champion by Davidoff starts with a sharp, clean burst of lemon and bergamot. Clary sage and galbanum give the heart a green, herbal edge, and oakmoss and cedar dry it down into a crisp woody finish. This is a fresh, energetic perfume with a sporty feel and nothing heavy about it. It suits men who want an uncomplicated scent for daytime, the office, the gym or a hot afternoon, and it works well as an everyday choice. The tall black bottle with silver ends is shaped like a dumbbell, a nod to its sporty theme. Aurélien Guichard created it for Davidoff, and it launched in 2010.
