About this perfume
17/17 Elle opens with African orange flower and bright citrus, cut with galbanum, a green resin that smells sharp, leafy and a little bitter. The heart is iris, birch, patchouli and woody notes, so the sweetness of the flower fades into something dry, powdery and smoky. It rests on benzoin, opoponax, amber and musk, which add a soft, warm and slightly sweet finish. 17/17 Elle by Xerjoff is a perfume with a cool, green start and a warm, cosy ending. It is not a simple fresh scent, because the iris and birch give it a quiet, slightly serious side. As an Eau de Parfum, it tends to suit daytime, the office and cooler weather, and it is a good pick for anyone who likes florals with a dry, woody edge.
