About this perfume
Sauvage Extrait by Dior opens with lavender, ambroxan and bergamot, fresh, airy and clearly recognisable as Sauvage from the start. Vietnamese oud sits at the heart and turns it darker and smoother. Virginia cedar, Atlas cedar, patchouli and vetiver form a dry, woody base. This perfume is the deepest take on the Sauvage line, with a bold, refined mood, and it suits men who like dark woody scents for evenings, dinners, formal events and the cooler months. Francis Kurkdjian created it, and it launched in 2026 as the first extrait in the Sauvage line.
