About this perfume
L'Eau d'Issey pour Homme Intense opens with yuzu, bergamot, sweet orange and mandarin. The heart turns warm and spicy with nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon and saffron, lifted by a watery lotus note. Incense, papyrus, ambergris, amber and benzoin form the base, smoky and resinous. This Issey Miyake perfume was created by Jacques Cavallier Belletrud and launched in 2007 as the darker side of the original. As an Eau de Toilette it suits evenings, cooler months and men who like citrus with spice and incense. It feels clean but deeper than the original.
