Thierry Wasser's 2012 gourmand, and one of Guerlain's biggest modern successes. Black cherry, almond, red berries and bergamot open it sweet and slightly boozy, rose, Turkish rose and liquorice build the heart, and the house's guaiac-wood-and-vanilla Guerlinade closes it with tonka, patchouli, anise and smoky tea. Cherry and almond over a proper Guerlain base — playful on top, grown-up underneath. The little black dress bottle is instantly recognisable.
