Explorer Ultra Blue by Montblanc opens with Sicilian bergamot, pink pepper and a splash of exotic fruit, bright and a little sparkling. Sea notes and ambergris form a cool, salty heart that gives the scent its blue, open air feel. Woody notes, Indonesian patchouli leaf and a touch of leather sit underneath and keep the freshness grounded. It is an easy perfume for daytime, the office, travel and hot weather, for men who like a clean aquatic scent with some depth.
