Les Liquides Imaginaires, also known simply as Liquides Imaginaires, is a French perfume house founded by Philippe Di Méo, whom the house calls its artistic brain. The story always comes first: each brief sent to the perfumers starts from a legend or tale. The scents are grouped in trilogies, three perfumes read like three chapters of a book, and the cap is shaped like an ancient amphora.
The trilogies, in plain words
- Les Eaux Delà: Fortis and Tumultu belong here. Fortis is dark and smoky, with oud, saffron and cumin.
- Les Eaux Sanguines: Dom Rosa, Dom Rosa Millésimé and Bello Rabelo, which open on champagne or red wine notes.
- Les Eaux Imaginaires: L'Île Pourpre and Fleuve Tendre.
- Les Eaux de l'Est: Fleur de Sable and Buveur de Vent.
