About this perfume
Desire Red by Dunhill, first sold as Desire for a Man, opens with crisp apple, lemon, bergamot and orange blossom, juicy and a little sweet. Rose, teak wood and patchouli form the heart and give it a warm, woody body. Vanilla and musk finish it soft and smooth. It is a sweet, fruity and woody perfume with an easy, outgoing mood, and it tends to suit evenings, cooler weather and men who like a candied apple opening over warm woods. Fragrantica lists it as a 2000 launch by Michel Almairac, the first scent in the red Desire bottle.
