Le Labo was founded in New York in 2006 by Fabrice Penot and Eddie Roschi, and its perfumes are named after the main material and the number of ingredients in the formula. Another 13, made with AnOther Magazine in 2010, is a clean, skin-like musk and ambroxan with a little apple and moss. Bottles are checked before they ship, batch codes are left readable, and any that is not genuine is refunded.
