Black Phantom, Memento Mori — Kilian

Through a glass, darkly — a unisex woody gourmand experienced like a story told in shadow. The top notes have a dangerous glitter, like a glass of premium rum rimmed in cane sugar and set alight, sending sparks of roasted nuts, rich caramel, booze, and smoke into the night air. Once that boozy fire dims, a wonderfully soft, nutty sandalwood emerges, evoking caramelized bread dipped into warm milk. Despite the gourmand notes, it never feels heavy — wisps of smoke, resin, and roasted coffee keep it adult and sophisticated. One of Kilian's most celebrated creations.
